Please note that food vendors will be emailed Board of Health forms for the Town of Sherborn upon confirmation of their participation. These forms must be completed and submitted to the Friends of the Sherborn Library by March 15, 2025 so that the permit can be reviewed by the Sherborn Board of Health.
